Kathryn graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph and went on to graduate top of her class from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2000. She is passionate about educating and empowering prenatal patients for an enjoyable and supported pregnancy. She has coached 54 births and continues to thrive on helping others. She has diversified her care to include sports injuries, chronic conditions, and sprains and strains for all ages. She is very compassionate and is committed to providing her patients with the most effective therapy.

Phil graduated top of his class from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2010. Phil spent the first 5 years of his career training under his mentor, the renowned Osteopath Alvin Brown. Phil is extremely effective in treating a large range of ailments by searching for the root cause- From correcting spine and rib issues with Muscle Energy Techniques, to reducing migraines through Craniosacral Therapy and TMJ manipulation, to restoring strains and sprains with Myofascial Release and Positional Release Therapy. These techniques are combined with the traditional methods of massage and Deep Tissue work. During his 20 years as a professional dancer, his personal experience and extensive training, Phil is able to offer treatment that is specific, effective and produces results. Dr. Natalie graduated with an Honours degree in Life Sciences from McMaster University. She was active growing up which piqued her interest in studying the human body. She continued her education and earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Dr. Natalie understands the impact pain and injury can have on one’s life and believes it should not stop anyone from reaching their goals. She believes that movement is medicine. Dr. Natalie is dedicated to finding the root cause of the problem and providing the best evidence-based care for her patients which includes a combination of manual therapy techniques, exercise, education, and modalities to get her patients back to doing what they love. She is also certified in acupuncture, athletic movement assessment, and post-partum rehabilitation. Dr. Amy holds a general family practice with special interests in weight loss, digestive health, fertility, women’s health and hormonal balancing.
